Anyone shot these, just grabbed a pack last nite to see how they group for me. Tc surefire sabots 230gr, all ive ever seen at our wal-mart before have been 240gr xtp and up. If youve tried these how did they group and with what powder charge/rifle also have you taken game with them?

with those I wouldnt push them to fast try to stay below 1500 fps any faster Ive experience jacket seperation in flight. if you want to push more velocity then you should go with a XTP/MAG bullet they are designed for higher velocity.

I have tried several different load/bullet combinations in my T/C Omega and have settled on the T/C Mag Express Sabots 240 gr. XTP with 110 grains of 777 ffg. These load fairly easy, are reasonably priced, accurate, easy to find, and perform well on deer sized game.
