If you are not having good ignition and you have a replaceable touch hole liner, try opening the touch hole up a little by taking a small drill bit and reaming it out slightly by hand. It wil make it easier to clean and will help the flame get inside the pipe. If you ruin the touchhole or if it doesn't work, just order a new liner.
