My hunting buddy and I went to BassPro today.Just looking for something to do.They had in a glass showcase a Knight Disc Extreme as a closeout or clearance. It's a 45cal 26" Fluted Blued barrel. What makes this rifle so unique was the Walnut stock on it.This stock is one of the most beautiful nicely figured stocks I have ever seen.Just a run of the mill rifle with a very high grade of Walnut.The best part regular price was 599.99. They had them on this closeout or clearance for 399.99.They had two of these.I knew I wanted this one but asked to see the other one.It was a plain Jane walnut stock.I needed another Knight Disc like I needed another hole in the head.When I saw this rifle wearing this stock there was no way I was leaving without it.It also has an extremely low S/N 0004XX

Call your doctor & he will issue you a drug/pill prescription that allows you to drive-by any Bass pro Shop, Gander Mountain and Cabelas store without entering their parking lots. If you double the dose, those pills will help you forget to pack your wallet & check book when leaving your home and/or business.... lol

I guess that's what I'll have to do.Heck with a double dose. I need a handful when I'm going near one of those superstores.I go just to look and always end up spending money I shouldn't.I guess that all comes back to when I regained my freedom years ago when the ex and I divorced.LOL.

I had to trade off the last truck I owned. Every time it got with in a few miles of a sporting goods store the auto pilot kicked in and I found myself in their parking lot. I think it also played suggestive messages through the speakers because I found myself in a trance and entered those stores ready to purchase.

I know the feeling... my gun racks are living proof of that...

just had to say been there done that too. At pawn shop in Jackson Tenn two years ago. Wasn't looking for a smokepole but bought a 1853 enfield three bander 58 cal mint condtion $175.00 With the possables bag and six way field wrench.Got home and ask for forgiveness verses calling and asking permision. Felt bad till the next day when I found some load info went out back and shot it . I was all beter . awsome gun!! (EAT MORE BACON)
