Actually there was no reason to feel guilty. They were who made the prices.It just felt so good falling in a deal like that ,I felt like I was stealing it. Deals like that sure don't come everyday.Though I've gotten a few deals like that at BassPro Shops before.
Even a blind sow finds a acorn once in awhile.Deals are out there. You just have to be lucky and stumble up on them.

Did the same thing at the Traditions Warehouse a few weeks ago. Lucky??? or not Lucky there aren't any superstores in the Northeast. Dicks is about it. Yuck

So why are you feeling guilty?/ Is it because you think you took advantage of bass pro Shops on that deal?

I don't know how things are today, but I once worked for a retail gun dealership in New Mexico. We sold Winchester Model 94 .30/30's in those days for around $83.00 or so, and we paid $25.00 for them wholesale. About a 330% markup!! So I don't think there's any reason to feel guilty about a deal like you got!!

So this post is in a timly fashion up again since I called traditions last wek and they had Pennsylvanian BP for 200 bucks off at the warehouse. Yup, I bought it and then told the Misses. Actually she took it real well and found a place on the wall for it.

Was it really feeling guility? Not really but it got everybodies attention.That was a super deal I got,BassPro didn't sell it at a loss I can assure you of that.Furniture has a big mark up like guns and other everyday items.Why they had it on a close out or clearance has me puzzled. Maybe the 45 cal just isn't a seller.This Knight was just opened and put in the glass case.If they offer deals I'll take them if it's something I can use or turn over for a quick profit.
