Cleaning firing pin on Huntsman
 

I am wondering how you can clean the firing pin on a H&R Huntsman. I have a Rem 700ML and if the firing pin isn' t taken apart and cleaned once in awhile,it will get sticky from burnt powder,and won' t fire. Zeak

I simply spray some WD directly on the face of the action at the firing pin then blow it through with a bit of pressurized air. I HOPE that is adequate as there isn' t much choice short of driving out the pins and disassembling the action.
