Is there a real reason that you are specifying a Lyman model?

After having many different and less expensive ML's this is the ML that I use, and have used for several years now, to hunt Idaho. It is a Knight Ultra Lite with a NECG peep site mounted on the rifle.

I read that the cap on nipple had to be exposed, are those rules changed ?

So you have what appears to be a bolt that closes over the nipple ?

I shoot the Bull Shop .503x260MTNex conical. I shoot 80 grains of T7-2f and a mag #11 cap or better yet the Dynamit Noble 1075+ German cap. Because T7 burns so hot physically I do use a shot card/veggie wad under the bullet.
