I' m new to ML hunting, and have a question. Does any one have a rough estimate for the ballistics on this bullet using two pryodex pellets? The leaflet that came in the box has what looks to be some typo errors. I only have a 100 yard range to shoot on and would like to know what the bullet is doing at 150 yards in the event I have a shot that distance.
Thanks in advance.

I' m no expert but I' ll try to help you out. Assuming you are using an inline with two 50 grain pellets and the 240 grain XTP bullet I would say no more than 2" to 3" lower at 150 yards than your 100 yard zero. It can vary from one gun to the next and the only way to be 100% sure is to shoot at that distance.

Using 240 xtp' s, 2 50gr pellets and number 10 caps, I was 3-4 low at 150 and 12" low at 200. Using 100gr 777, 209 and 240 xtps I was 2" low at 150 and 9" low 200. This is with a rem 700 MLS. I sight mine in at 1" high at 100 and max my range at 150..this lets me hold and fire. I don' t feel that with my gun and climate I can accurately and justify a shot at 200 yards, thus I set up for shots in the 100 yard range. I do agree a lot depends on the rifle, climate, etc and it is always best to shoot at the distance you intend to hunt at, but this should give you an idea.
Hope it helps[8D]
