    It's funny Semi... in the low part of the state, they make the hash really fine and pour it over rice. In the upstate it's made like I described and put on a sandwich... go figure??

    Add one large jar of Pace Picante sauce, salt and pepper to taste, and cook until most of the liquid is gone--


    Put the Hash on a hamburger bun with some Dukes Mayo
    You should be flogged. Thats borderline blasphemy to use Pace and Dukes.

    Everyone knows you use Jacks Special Salsa and Hellmans!!!!
