Default Some Nice Young Bucks

Checked a game camera on Friday. These guys had shown up numerous times along with other bucks. Good news is no hogs have been there in months.

I was told by an old fellow from Arkansas that hogs and deer don't like being in the same area. Is that true? If so, the lack of hogs in your trail cam might be a real good sign for your deer season.

Nice clear photos there.

Given a choice deer avoid hogs. Deer don't even like to drink from ponds that hogs frequent.

Earlier this year i killed about 20 young pigs under that feeder with a .22. It appears that folks in the area have been trapping hogs.

Your "nice young bucks" are a match for our piney woods 4 or 5 year olds. Looking at the belly line and neck/chest lines in that 3rd. picture I would guess them to be three years olds.

Heading to hunt camp next weekend and will get my camera up for this season. The cameras help out getting an idea of what is in the area. But I enjoy scouting, but when those bucks get the itch their patterns change!!! It's like a waste of time trying to figure out their new patterns.
