A Sharps 3 band ?????

"This rifle is in very good condition. There are some handling marks on the fore end and butt stock. It is in .54 caliber. The bore is in excellent condition. The breech block face is in good shape and the chamber sleeve moves freely as shown. A tall "shooters" front sight has been installed as shown making for a very nice sight picture. Included are two pedersoli molds for the rifle. One is the original "Christmas tree" style and the other is the improved modern design. Also included are 25 pedersoli brass cases that are designed to accept the new style bullet. Pay pal or USPS money order accepted. $1000 shipped."

was hoping to find one used from somebody before buying new from cabelas or Dixie. But with all the re-enactors and the Pedersoli not needing to be defarbed it doesn't look like it. Time will tell. We shall wait and see for a while.

Sorry to hear that 1874...

Of all the virtues that my Mom tried to drum into me growing up... I can't remember bullheadedness being one of them.

Aw man, don't do that. I enjoy your posts...learned quite a bit from you over the years. Don't let it get to you, just enjoy and have fun. Take a break if you need to but don't leave for good.
