I'm starting some tests at the range tomorrow. I'm going to start a new thread and really don't plan on including the MR. If you want to lock this thread no hard feelings.

If you did your homework on CVA, I would bet most of there sales are there guns that sale for under $225.00 bucks. I would also bet you would find out at the end of the year, most of those are discounted probably at a loss to get rid of them. I know this to be true at Walmart and Cabelas. So this is definitely not something I would want to brag about at all.

I think you should use the MR, fwiw.

The title of the thread is "are they a better gun", which is referring to the CVA.
Now the CVA isn't going to be tested. Why bother with the test at all now?
All I ever asked for was an unbiased test. I'm not rooting for any of them. So, don't blame me for you dropping the CVA.
Maybe it is a better gun? It wins tests without being tested.

Wvhunter,
I prefer the long eye relief scopes on the Triumph and Encores. In my opinion only, the Triumph, Encore, Strike, and the Impact should all be scoped with long eye relief scopes. The Omega scope is no longer made, but they replaced it with the XR I think. Probably the same thing, just a different name.
