I just wish the previous owner had not had the Winchoke system installed.

Wow, Semi, I think yer addicted! I've never seen a screw-in choke from that year time-frame. And that's some impressive looking checkered stock ther!

That would have had to come home with me also. And I kind of swore off buying any more rifles.

Very nice Semi.. Are you sure they didn't have screw in chokes back then?? A man with your talent should be able to remove that obtrusive knob and silver solder the interface between choke tube and barrel to make it appear original.
