Default A Decent Young Whitetail Buck

This buck will be awesome in two years:

This is a favorite deer crossing. The deer trail is worn down and there's a gully under the wire. i left the bottom strand of wire out here. The bottom wire is over 30" from the ground. The top wire is at 48". This poor young buck decided to jump and got tangled.

In 2004 my friend Cindy killed a 12 point buck on this place that scored 186 points as a non-typical and 168 points as a typical because of two 9" drop tines. He was killed with a bow.

The camera date is wrong.

Really nice buck. Looks to be only 2-1/2 years old.

He's definitely going to be real good in 2 years like you said. He's got all the jewelry!

Too bad about the deer getting hung up in the fence.

i think so too. He has that long legged gangling look and lacks the heavy body of a 3-1/2 year old buck.

Really nice up and comer. Feel bad for the one in the wire. What a way to go.
