Found my load for the Electra
Went to the range last weekend and put about 25 rounds through paper. Ended up shooting this 100 yard 5 shot group with 90 grains of 777 FFG and 200 grain TC Shockwaves. Measured 1" center to center.
I was shooting this bullet before then went to the 240 grain PT Scorpion Gold. But I just couldn't get the consistency with the PT Scorpions that I do out of the Shockwaves. Both have killed deer, I just have more confidence in one over the other.
I'm going to see what they do when I stretch it out to 200 yards - hopefully this weekend.

Good shooting. That bullet seems to be one of the standard accuracy bullets, it also has flatness of trajectory and very good terminal ballistics. I am quite happy that I found a close out on them at 15 dollars for 50 of course I took all he had.

That's an awesome group! No need to mess around with that at all. Be interesting to see how much they drop at 200 yards and what the group size is. For me the 200 Shockwaves don't drop much between 100 and 150 yards, but I haven't tried them out to 200. The 200 Shockwave is one of my top 3 deer bullets, probably #1 for most of the hunting situations I encounter. Great penetration and terminal performance too.
