I do not think there is any doubt in the world that If I were shooting it a 2400 it would stablilze in a 1-28. With a 110 of T72f it was probably going out of the bore around 2000 fps. I think moving to 120 grains would move it to the 2175 fps and I think that would even make a big difference. I have found also that I really do not get much gain with a 130 grain load. The bullet is just to light and gets out of the barrel to quick.
