Default Bullshop Bullets

I wanted to bring back this topic as I believe Dan is now back in operation at a new location.

I've pm'd him over at Cast Boolits to see if he can provide a more accurate description of what he has to choose from currently. Hopefully will be updating the pictured bullets in the near future.

Current info that I do know is shown below so far as contact info. I believe he simply needs you to email what you would like, he will respond about availability and provide pricing info.

For any of you that are not familiar, Dan makes some of the finest lubed conicals for muzzleloaders to be found - and his prices have always been very reasonable.

What grain of the bullshop shoots the best in the G-series white rifles?

I aint skeered. It cant be worse than a 50-90 Sharps or my GMB54 with a 580gr Parker. I like those .451s and i got some Swiss i need to burn.

Gregrn43 in my Bison which is a White G series, I like the .5035 460 grain conical. The G series has the Wilson Barrel I was told and they are tighter then the Bo Clarke it seems. But they I am not sure I am the one to judge because the Bison has a Bull Barrel on it. Its heavy, but it is a shooter.

This is sure good news. Dan does such an excellent job of casting bullets. And his lube he uses is second to none as well. He's just an excellent source for bullets.

I've shot some of those 620 grainers. They shot great and recoil wasn't all that harsh. But not exactly a walk in the park either.

It's always amazed me that Dan can hit those sizes to the ten thousandths almost on the nose... and do it repeatedly. And Dave is exactly right about his lube - good as it gets.

I've shot theose 620's out of SL's Lightning with 70grs of Swiss and the 91 with 80grs. They are very accurate and UC is right the kick is not as bad as expected.
