It has been over 30 years since i was into black powder. Building kentucky rifles, flint locks, Navys ect. Since then i have been into making long bows and devoting my time to traditional bow hunting. Recently i have had the itch for a black pistol. I am looking for a big pistol for hunting. I came across the Optima 50 cal and it looks like what i am looking for. Does anyone have any experience with this gun?

Only what I read on a different forum from someone that deer hunts with one. His is scoped and its amazing the groups he can shoot with that pistol. I have an Optima rifle and it is well made. I see no reason the pistol is any different.
