no problem... the idea behind the improved accuracy is when using a higher pressure 209 primer, the primer ignition could possibly move the pellets/powder charge forward slightly just prior to powder ignition, thus affecting accuracy. I'm not sure how much of issue this actually is, but when hunting closer ranges I don't think it would be enough to affect the POI enough to worry about. But maybe if we were hunting at say 200-250 yard ranges, like elk for instance, it may affect accuracy somewhat. I generally hunt 100yards and less, so this doesn't really seem to be a problem for me. But like I was saying, I was getting much tighter groups at 100 yards when I was experimenting with the Vari-Flame adapters.

NP

IMO the best feature of the new conversion is you should be able to use any large primer that is .210 diameter. There is a good selection from milder match grade primers to the hotter magnum variety.

My only concern is LR primers are hard and head spacing a SS adapter might be more difficult to reduce blowby.

wideone, I forgot to mention w/ this o-ring you will need the standard cci-209 which in o degree weather my omega still reliably sets off blackhorn. I believe magnum primers are not needed w/ the omega plug.
