Pull the plunger back to cock it and turn it clockwise to lock the safety , that makes it easier when you put it back in, take the screw out on the left side of plunger. Put the thumb safety off ( forward) hold trigger and the plunger should pull right out.
Then do it in reverse to put it together
Pulling the trigger allows the sear to move so it comes out easy.
Having the plunger cocked and locked makes it easier to get the screw in when you put it back together . Pm me your number if you have any problems

Sharpsshooter the plunger has a slot cut in it a knurled hammer like on a revolver fits in it like a saftey when you pull the plunger back theres no screw in the left side of the plunger. t5heres a long wedge shaped piece that fits under the plunger.

This is the first time I've done a video , hopefully it helps. I had my son film it with my phone camera . If it doesn't help post a pic of your gun then I can be more specific ,. Make sure the gun is unloaded .
Here's the link .

The Video was great! You have that plunger/bolt system which my new White 12 GA BG Series Tominator uses in the shown gun #2.
It took me a bit to figure it out a while back but I did gt it in as it is a sumple system. However, I did pick up a few pointers watching your video.
Well done and thanks!

You could possibly have the spring detent system to hold the action instead of the screw. In that case, instead of unscrewing the screw detent you just hold the spring detent out enough so the action will slide right out.
Here is a Super 91 with the spring detent system
