Default 300 gr XTPs

Guys - Cabelas has them on sale on their site for $15.99 per box (50). I just placed an order for several boxes.
They shoot good in most of my .50 cals.

Well that price didn't last long. I just went to the Cabala's site. The regular .452/300 XTPs are listed at $17.99, and the Mags are listed at $19.99 (backorderable).

Did you get the regulars or mags?

Its-a-no-big-a-deal buddy. I didn't think to check the .44s.

I've never shot the .44s. Think I'll grab a few boxes and give them a try.

I love that bullet! The .430 300g XTP has been my 'go to' bullet for a long time. It seems to shoot well in every gun I try it in.

Might have to pick up a couple boxes myself.

Well, I went through the order process on Cabala's and on Graf & Sons for 4 boxes.

At Graf & Sons the regular price is $15.59 a box plus $5.95 flat rate shipping and no tax, for a total of $68.31.

At Cabala's, the sale price is $15.99 a box plus $2.56 tax with free shipping if you have a Cabala's VISA card, for a total of 66.52.

So Cabala's great sale and free shipping promotion would save me a grand total of $1.79. Since I don't really need those bullets right now I think I'll just wait and give Graf the business later as a reward for their more sensible regular pricing and flat rate shipping policy.

Cabala's prices are always out of line. The only time I buy there is to use club points.
