Applying the concept of fair chase to hogs is like applying the Queensburry Rules when fighting off a mugger.

For now, I stay with the fair chase ethic.

Come on down and i'll put you onto some hogs: A hunting license is not required to hunt hogs in OK. The hogs are 100 percent nocturnal now; get ready to burn the midnight oil. BTW: You are not allowed to use a light at night to hunt hogs here. You'll need a good low light scope on your smokepole.:D

Since 1999 i have shot at least four hundred hogs, mostly using muzzleloaders. Meanwhile the hogs multiplied like rats. i've seen sounders of 80-100 hogs on the wheatfields. Every hunter should see what hogs do to peanut fields and pecan orchards.

Checked the game cameras last week. 1,200 pictures of hogs at feeders in a two week period: Not one hog came out in the daytime. Friends checked our traps at other places this morning: We caught eight more hogs last night.

Bingo! Thats the way it is for sure.
