Picking this one up tomorrow. Supposedly to be a very early model with a 4 digit serial number. I actually liked the blond wood so we worked out a deal and hes meeting me in town with it tomorrow. Beautiful wood grain but i will be stripping the stock after hunting season and work a lil love into the stock.

You will love it. I have 5 Renegades, 2 .54 percussion, 2 .54 flint and 1 .50 percussion with a 30 inch roundball barrel, all of em are shooters.

well so far so good. Had to bottom the rear sight out in order to hit where i needed it so i am looking forward to that peep sight.

She loves 80gr pyro p, wad, .015" patch, .530" ball. 1.5" at 50 yards with that blurry rear sight.
