Default inline wood stock update

still have not started. my drill press broke a few weeks ago, I am waiting on parts to come in. may not be for a little while before I start anyway. going to be around 100 for the next few days before the heat index kicks in and my shop does not have ac. really thinking about hitting a few junk, i mean theft shops to see if they have any units.

still trying to figure how i am going to start the first cut. may use a forstner bit and do my first hole. guess I am still a little scared after the last time.

did figure out the barrel channel. need router table and a better router for that. I have the drill bit need for the ram rod.

I am also thinking about making a costume ramrod for it.

Measure three times, or four times, or five times, and cut once. Bad cuts in wood don't heal.

change of plans on my starting point. going to do the barrel channel first.

bought a nice craftsman router at a pawn shop for $40. even the guy at the counter was shocked about the price. i have a router table on order.
