Default Warne quick detach ring's on an inline??

I got a set of warne quick detach rings last year for christmas and i was thinking of mounting them on one of my muzzleloaders. has any one used the quick detach modle and would you trust it to still go back to zero when put back on??? I use the warne prmanently attached maxima ring's on every thing i own and have not had any problems. just thought i would give them a try to see if they will hold true when i go to mount it back on. Has any one tryed them?

I like the Warne's best as well. The inlines I shoot are older types and they are dirty so I try to protect the scope and the rings as best I can. Otherwise it is a pain trying to clean up those QD rings.

That's a very good idea flounder, I know when i am cleaning up a ML i don't want to hog up my leupold's , I don't have any vxIII,s just the vxII,s that's all i can afford and that's even a little over kill for a ML i guess.

Be sure to carefully follow the instructions when setting up your rig with those Warne QDs. Great rings but you just need be a little careful.
