a little lighter then I like for a range rod but it is one piece. figure how to add some weight. can't make up my mind if I am going to do put a finish on the aluminum or not.



had a scrap piece of aluminum so I upgrade my all wood short started.

Thats some nice work. I like the starter and you now have the satisfaction knowing you made it yourself.

I still have 3ft section of 6061 aluminum rod from the project. just have to bring down a little in diameter, I am going to make another ramrod
