Time stamp on threads???

Time stamp on threads???
What time does it give for your threads posted relative to the actual time you posted them? I just posted a response at 4:44 PM CST and it says it was posted today at 9:44 PM (5 hours from now). Is the guy who directs this website located in England??

Go to your User Control Panel ("User CP" in the black banner at the top of this page).
Select "Edit Options" from the munu on the left side of the control panel page.
Scroll down to "Date & Time Options" and set your GMT differential.
