Default Peep Sight for TC Cherokee Tang

I know the original made by TC peeps are hard to come by but does anyone know of a after market peep that will work for the Cherokee. And suggest a globe front sight to use with it. I have one for my Renegade but sure it is way too large to use!

I think I would try fitting a either a TC Hunter Tang Peep Sight or one of the Williams WRGS models like the one in the link below. You may have to do a little filing and fitting, and maybe drilling and tapping, but it should be doable.

Like Semi said, you could probably fit the T/C tang peep to the Cherokee but you will need to drill and tap at least one hole in the tang for the mounting screw. You can use the tang's wood screw for one of the mounting screws.

Yepper that is what I am gonna do. But either someone already did it or it came that way, because there is a hole pre-drilled for a tang sight!

Thanks again.

The Lyman 57 SML would probably fit but like the others it would need one hole drilled. I made a tutorial on drilling and taping that is available.
The Lyman 17 AML would also probably be the globe to use. If I were you I would look into a Lee Shavers BPCR inserts if you use the Lyman 17 AML. I use the lee shavers inserts and they are awesome. Ron

The tang has the extra hole I just need to find the one that fits best now before squirrel season!
