Default Well I bit the bullet

I went into the gun shop and ordered my Lyman Great Plains Rifle .54 flintlock LH (left hand). It should be in on Monday. I wanted a dedicated .54 PRB shooter so I decided not to fuss around with the Renegade. Even though I got a new stock for it. So with that being said, I am going to sacrifice my wallet a bit and let it go for $250 tyd if interested. (.54 Renegade flintlock). Now that's a good price so first come first served.
Now once I get the Lyman, What peep do you recommend?

I have the Lyman 57 on mine. I don't know how you could do any better. It's a great sight. Easy to adjust, and once you settle on a load and have it set for whatever range you want zero to be you can experiment with the scale to quickly click it up for a number of longer range zeros. Sort of like a BDC.

Good for you! I enjoyed my GPR FL but just didn't make any sense having a FL since i hardly ever have the real stuff on hand.
