BPS says he uses a wad between the powder and the conical. He uses plenty of lube, I assume the wad gets some too. I will check Midwayusa and see if they have them.

A couple of dumb questions. Do you have any problems with the wad trying to turn sideways when you run it down the barrel? I suppose the wad does not interfere with the pressure swelling the skirt on the back of the conical, it will still grip the rifling. Thanks.
