Default RE: whats the difference?

PA If you are looking at the hunterbolt its got a 24 inch barrel If you are looing at the New hunterbolt Mag its got a 26 inch barrel. The fire bolt has a 26 inch fluted barrel. My daughter has the hunterbolt my wife shoots the hunterbolt mag and I have a firebolt. all 3 of them shoot real sweet. But of all 3 my firebolt seems to shoot better than the 2 hunterbolts at 200 yards I am thinking its because of the fluted barrel. hope this helps ya out

yes both the hunterbolt and the hunter bolt mag will shoot a 3-4 inch group at that distance. both will take loads up to 150 grains of powder too. I am shooting 130 out of mine and my daughter shoots 130 out of hers (2 50 grain and 1 30 grain pellet) my wife is shooting 100 grains off 777 out of hers and from seeing it shoot I tryed 777 out of mine in 100 grains also and got just about the same results as 130 grains of pyro pellets and a heck of a lot less recoil. as fars as groups the gun will shoot a 2 inch group at 200 if in a vice. but as far as this shooter goes a 4 inch group off the bench is about as good as I can get.
