A bit off topic but i had just spent 2 hours cleaning my truck out and getting her all purdy for a trip to the lake on saturday. Went to town to mail a package and get some other items and BAM! Truck stalls out... Got it restarted and its running rough, barely running, a small amount of black smoke.
Okay, check the Dist cap, rotor, fuel system, spark. No problem, fuel smells a little funky but it burns nice.
Hmmmm, maybe try a compression test?
110 lowest, 152 the highest. Not bad for 190k on that 3.1 GM!
Get to the middle cylinder on the driver side........ ZERO psi.
Going to pull the intake and head tomorrow and see what i can find.

yeah but shes beat up and in need of a LOT of love. interior is stripped, no motor, no side windows. Rough shape, new fenders alone will run a grand. Still thinking on it, they are not easy to find these days.
