There is people it won't work for, you have to be good enough to hold a laser on target until it hits.

well, they are shooting the laser from a satellite. I am sure they have a hand held laser designator as well

I don't believe the lasers are shot from a satellite. I do know that they are projected from aircraft or by personnel at a safe distance. But there is a lot of weaponary out there that you or I nor the media are not aware of.

This is what got me:
The bullet is still a prototype, but if it passes further testing conducted by a private firm, the bullet will be accessible to recreational shooters, law enforcement and the military.

No offense to y'all, but I'm uncomfortable with guided bullets on the shelf.
