JOSMUND ,
Try bumping it up to 110gr of BH209 with a 195 Barnes bullet in a tan mmp sabot .
I have tried a bunch of different loades butit seems to work the best . For some reason my 45's seem to like a stiffer charge .(110 to 150)Depends on the powder.

Not too bad. I called Brownwell's and talked one of their techs, I watched a few youtube videos and seached the gunsmithing forum on this site for " Glass Bed ". There is a good thread from a guy who did a 700 Rem. While it's CF the same priciples applied.

Between the three, I felt pretty good about it. PM me if you go ahead and I can share what I learned the first time through.
