Unfortunately I don't have any pics of deer from the first few years I using a muzzy. It's only been in the past 4 years or so that I started carrying a camera with me and trying to document everything. But here's a few:

From maybe 3 years ago- buck that had dropped its antlers prematurely. Hit him on the run (I was in a treestand, a buddy was doing a mini-drive for me). Hit him a little far back in the liver, but he only went about 70 yards after the hit. Load was .40 cal 200 XTP with 95 grains T7. Here's the bullet recovered off the far side hide:

Year after that was a doe in a snowstorm:

Also on a drive- I was posting. Best drive I've ever seen- when my 2 buddies went through the bedding area they must have busted 25 deer out of there all running in different directions. This one ran right towards me and a I took a quartering-to shot at about 50 yards. It was a high shoulder/spine hit and she dropped on the spot. Load was the same as the first deer.

Earlier that year my dad used my muzzy to take a buck that had been wounded. He was in his stand and saw a buck coming by that had had its front leg shot all the way off (probably by our drunk neighbors) so he put it down from 25 yards out.

Load was the same as the previous 2 deer, and here is the bullet recovered:

Made me want to switch to a different bullet/load combo for the next year, even though the buck was taken cleanly. Last year was the best year so far muzzy hunting for me.

First day of the season, I was up in the tree for all of 30 minutes before this 10 pointer walked right up to me. I put a 185 Lehigh on top of 80 grains T7 right though him- he hopped about 20 yards and fell over right under my stand. After tagging him, I decided to get back up in the tree. So about 45 min later this nice doe comes along and presents with a 40 yard broadside shot. I had reloaded with a 200 Shockwave, so I put that through both of her lungs and she also stumbled just about 20 yards before falling over.

This year I got a button buck in gun season (with a muzzy) and am looking forward to late muzzleloader season in Jan!

My most intrepid little hunter, with my best deer. Taken with a Lyman Trade Rifle, 54 caplock, LEE R.E.A.L.

Those were the days. She has other interests these days (boys, clothes, shoes, etc)

My biggest m/l buck happened to come last year...decent 9pt. I have some other good pics of older kills, but nothing is digital. Someday I'll get a scanner I guess.

Here's the one with my little honey too...not looking forward to the days when I ain't so important.
Its already creeping up on me.

I'm loving this thread. Unfortunately where I hunt is pretty far out so I never seem to have anybody around to take a pic of me with my deer. I've only killed two bucks with a muzzleloader, and both are the biggest I've killed yet. Not near as nice as what I've seen on here but maybe someday.

Sorry about the pictures it's my first time posting pics and they seem to have ended up a little large. Kinda bums me out after all of this thinking I don't have any pics of me with me my deer. Just got one of me and my turkey last year.
