what trigger

Both triggers work very well... the three screw trigger is the original adjustable trigger. The three screw TVM trigger is standard on the Mountaineer and can be set to more sensitive to Target and Varmit shooters likes.

Tips & Warnings
You may want to use a trigger pull gauge (available at sporting goods or firearm specialty shops) to weigh your final trigger pull, instead of relying on the feel of your fingers alone.
Never adjust a trigger pull unless you are an experienced gunman and the gun will never be in anyone else's hands. The trigger pull restrictions are in place so that the gun cannot be accidentally fired.
If you adjust a trigger pull and have to send the gun to the manufacturer for other repairs, you may be charged for a new trigger pull system as well.
Heres a link that works for most guns. let me state if you do not know what you are doing, you should let a gun smith do the work for you. That is probably why no one has answered.
