Default Day 5

Nothing but bad luck so far. I've seen a few deer but none have followed me home yet. I'm getting ready to leave out and try again in a few minutes. Wish me luck!

Yeah the weather here has been total crap so far this firearm season. Hope it gets better for the upcoming blackpowder season.

Good luck to all.

I'm back from the morning hunt and did't see anything. As soon as I put the shotgun down and took a muzzle loader the opportunities for a good shot dissapeared. I saw deer 2 days in a row with the shotgun in hand, but since I picked up the muzzle loader I haven't seen a deer, unless it was on the run doing 90 mph.

Buy a ground blind "Dog House". It's nice to know you have a place to hunt when it's raining and stay dry.
