I was wondering if anyone had any tip' s on using this stuff (777)?

Initially, load 15% less volume than your normal black or pyro load.
Wet patch-then dry the barrel after every 2nd shot
Grease the breechplug threads good -- screw it back in till it stops back it off around 10-20 degrees of one revolutionary turn.
If shooting a side-hammer, grease the nipple threads/cleanout screw threads (use fat end of a toothpick while holding it with needle-nose pliars)
It' s a fast-jolt recoil powder. When you fire, it goes " pow" ... not " ka-pow"
Final clean your barrel the same way as prior. This stuff will not smell-up the house.

Loose 777 is 15% more powerful but the pellets are not. For the time being, do not use pellets in side-hammer rifles. Unlike Pyrodex, 777 does not put ignition enhancers on the bottom of the pellets. Because 777 is hotter, allow an extra minute or two between shots to cool the barrel.

Load example... my opinion
roundball -- 75 grains FF 777
180-300 sabot/conical -- 80-90 grains FF 777
300-450 sabot/conical -- 90-100 grains FF 777
That should get you in the ballpark... fine-tune it as needed
