Over the last 15 years or so, I have used T/C scopes, 3X9X40, Fixed 4X32, and 1.5X5X32. I also have used Leupold, Nikon, and Vortex. The T/C scopes have a lifetime warranty, and have seved me well. I did have a parallax issue with one 1.5X5X32, and T/C replaced it no questions asked. I still use these T/C scopes on my inline MZ's, and on a few of my centerfire rifles also. These T/C scopes have served me well, as have the Leupolds, and Nikons, that I use on centerfire rifles. The only Vortex I had failed, (crosshair movement, parallax) and I replaced it with a Nikon. So from where I stand, any scope can fail. A lifetime warranty is a definite plus when considering a scope. I would not hesitate to buy another T/C scope, if it was right fit for the gun.
