an house built in 1932, 4 bedrooms 1 and half baths, price 69,900, work needed est. 20,000.
went under contract right after we looked at the inside.
second chance
house built 1965, 4 bedrooms 3baths, price 56,900. for what I could see from the out side, 10,000 worth of work, an friend got to go in, figure 30,000 worth of work

going to look at it soon
