Here, we cannot use optics during muzzle loader season. Nor can we use smokeless powder. We must use 44 caliber or larger rifle.

I would guess that 80/90% of the hunters out during our "primitive season" are using NEF or H&R single shots in 45-70 or 444 Marlin.

Cabela's has Always been My No1 Place to Shop for Hunting Gear untill Last Year. Our 2010 Hunting Season was comming up and I decided to Pay All My Bills Early so they were paid and I did'nt have to worry about them while I was Hunting. I Paid My Cabela's Club Visa Card 3 weeks befor it was Due...I was good.
Well after the time My Cabela's Visa Card was due I got a letter from Cabela's that My Account was PAST DUE! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! I called them and they said they did'nt get My Payment, I made a over the Phone Payment. The next day I checked My Cabela's Visa Account and there was 2 Payments, the one I made over the Phone and the one I sent in, I called them..........OK they did'nt charge me for the late payment fee but they did Reduce My Credit Limit from $10,000.00 to $3,000.00 and Upped My Finance Charge to 13.99% I argued with them on the Phone but got no where. Now I spent annually about $10K on My Cabela's Visa, I used it for everything and was never ever once Late, and I was'nt late on My Payment to them that they said they never got but did. So I wont buy anything from them untill they straighten this out, they have called me and asked me why I have'nt used My Card and I told them why......still unchanged.
Now if you want to buy something from Cabela's they do have Everything Listed, but you have to call them and have them search for it in all there stores. I've called them for a item and they did'nt have it there but they did find it in one of there Stores and had it Shipped to Me right away, never a Problem except for the Cabela's Visa Card, so much for being a Loyal Cabela's Club Member.
I still do buy from Cabela's if I absolutely need something they have, and when they ask if Im gonna use My Cabela's Card I say NO, tell them why and use a different Card!
