Are you saying you ordered a conversion plug with bad threads on it? Then you turned around and put it in your Muzzleloader?

Yep had to.take a file and emery cloth and clean it up this was done on my first range report

Dave your right about the different powders I am going to get some swiss coming and then shoot some real black as well.

I just get tired of everyone saying how only one powder is the best and nothing else will compare to it. I think when people get onto the forum they need to see there is more than one way to skin a cat it all come down to what the shooter wants and likes...
I agree. I hardly ever listen to what I read on forums. I need to try it for myself. Then i'll agree. I have tried every powder on the market.

BH 209 is the best for inlines.

Swiss is the best for sidelocks.
