Spray on bullet lube?

Whats a good spray on bullet lube? Im sick and tired of lubing these REALs by hand. It takes me a little over 30 minutes just to do a 15 pack. I got to speed this up, my darn finger tips are sore just doing 15 of them.

How about pan lubing

Dip them in Graphite that you have put in a solvent that will evaporate like alcohol then set them out to dry.

I use Lee Liquid Alox. Put a handfull of bullets in a pint plastic bag. Squirt in a half ounce of liquid Alox and shift everything around until the bullets are coated. Pick the bullets out one at a time and stand them on their base on some aluminum foil until they dry (sometimes takes a day or two). Save the bag with the remaining Alox. After the bullets are dry repeat the process to give them a second coat.

well i thought up an idea of dipping the bullets in the lube while the lube is still liquid. Use a strainer, put some bullets in it and just dip it and dump LOL. I still like the spray on lube though.

heat your lube up and dipping your bullets work well for me.

Lee.. that is a good idea. I wonder how they would shoot. As for Alox, I hate working with that stuff. Normally I lube them at the bench. I make a semi soft (now theirs an image for you) lube that I put a dollop on my finger, fill the grooves of the bullet, and then wipe my hands on a large towel. Load and shoot.

Get one of these and stop your whining.

Muley, you can't use a sizer on REAL bullets. The REALs have rings that increase in size (diameter) as they get closer to the point. Running them through a sizer would make them useless.
But, come to think of it, that is a great question. I just wonder how Hornady's One Shot would work? It is used for lubing cases for resizing. It has a liquid carrier that evaporates and leaves a dry film on the cases that will not contaminate powder or primers. I don't see why it wouldn't work as a bullet lube.

i made a new lube the other night and am going to start using it. Its soft enough that i can smear some in a plastic bag and rub the bullets around into the lube. Its a very nice thin layer that dried pretty quickly.

Used it on my new 454gr conicals and they shoot lights out at 100 yards!
