The bonded Shockwave is a good bullet. It needs to be driven fast or it may not expand. i've had many good kills using the regular 250 grain SST/Shockwave.

I agree, my own dividing line is 1800 if I expect impact velocity to be under that I use the regular Shock Wave if over I use the bonded.

Man that bullet did some devastation!! Nice shot also!
