Default yumm cornbread and muffins in the morning

because of my smelting set up. i can only small batches. this was about 28lbs of range lead just the jacketed, 22 rounds, round balls, conicals, and shotgun slugs.

yield estimate 20 to 25lbs. about 5 lbs of copper jackets.

tom, how would strawberry jam be on these

Corey I am dis-appointed!! I was looking for some home made CornBread to put my StrawBerry Jam on!!

Nice looking ingots you have there. I know how much I enjoy casting my own bullets. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Tom.

So where did you get the lead? Did you get that from old rifle bullets and then melt them down and separate the lead from the copper?

i mine the brem at the range I go to for my range stuff. i got by local tire places if they will sale them. for pure. I am going to have to buy off the net. pot over an burner and melt them out yes. I am saving the copper jackets and going to take them to recyclers for cash. going to be the scrap metal value. since the bullets I got them from where free. 100% profit in my pocket. going to do the same with what wheel weight clips and iron and steel weight. saving the zinc up and sell them cannon guys.

tom you had to remind be about an the darn raw wheel weights i need to do.

I am an small time caster next to tom. i only cast for muzzleloaders. ww for sabots and round balls, range for some full bore conicals (sized to slip fit), sabots and round balls. pure for all the above

Thats pretty cool. I have seen people pick up brass at the range. I have even helped a friend comb a whole firing line for brass, but picking up old bullets is a totally new concept. I would have never thought about guys picking them up.

I try to farm same time I do an range session. I really try to do it when no one is at the range or when the pistol (25yrd) is empty. I am not the only one that does it there. I only pick from the top. most i have gotten in one day is about 20 lbs.
