Default got the breach plug out of the mk-85

I've been soaking the gun in wd40 for a couple weeks.....got the nipple out not too bad, the breach plug was harder had to take the stock off and put the barrel in a vice but I get it 2nd trybut couldn't see thru the barrel.....breach plug was full of powder....had to bang a maxi hunter out bore looks like new no pits I can see... bright too ....got a patch soaked in hoppes #9 sitting where the powder was allmost all out now, looks like I lucked out

thinking now I wonder if a cap would have fired it...not quite loaded but if some one bought it and fired a cap to clear the nipple/breach before loading it i may have gone off

the oil may have never made it to the plug lol the powder was soaked though lol

Good Deal. It always amazes me that a dealer wouldn't even check to see if a gun has a load in it before having it on the rack.

I have gotten guns off of auction sites before and they were sent loaded. Always use care and check these when you get a new toy.
