Very nice 2 shot group. Wait a minute, is 2 shots a group? Just kidding. The range I go to is only 100 yards. And I don't have anywhere to shoot any farther than that. I wish I did, I would love to see how a couple of my rifles would do at that range just for kicks. Where I hunt the maximum range I will have a shot on a deer will be around 100 yards.

I only took 12 shockwaves with me and I messed around a little at 100 and 150 so I only had 2 shots left when I went to 200. Plus I walked and checked after every shot . I must have walked a couple miles. I definitely will take the 4 wheeler or spotting scope next time. Although I needed the exercise

Oh well, I've quit after 2 shots before just so I wouldn't mess up a good 2 shot group.
By the way, what made you decide to shoot Shockwaves and not any one of the many other bullets you have?

The 200 gr had about 5 inches less drop than a 250 gr at that distance and shockwaves are the only 200 gr I have . The velocity was 1900 and still maintains over 900 ft pounds at 200 yards. So I figured I would test it

I would think that would be a great bullet for the antelope.
BTW obviously that gun shoots great Chet, but it also takes a pretty good nut behind the wheel to do that at 211 yards. I would have to practice a good while.

Hey Chet,
That is Awesome man. Great shooting for sure.
Those SST'S are always pretty darn accurate.
BTW- One of the prototypes at Knight shot the 220grn Bloodlines, and 9 out of 10 bullets are touching at 200yards. You are exactly right, these guns are for real.

Yea where is the gun! After reading this thread i had to check out knights website. And, i must say this the new Mountaineer surly looks as good as it shoots! All summer i have been trying to locate the new Browning 12ga. A-Bolt slug gun. Its very hard to find a wood stocked one. But know i don't know, I am starting to lean towards a new mountaineer! decisions decisions!!!
