lets see, the last 6months.
jumping between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift at work.
weather, rain rain rain, (was going to go after work some this week but hum rain)
knee injury took me out for 2 months
hunting season just around the corner.
when I do get out:
cva flintlock - see if the rmc liner and English flint helps the ignition
knight usak - testing to see if 250gr lee reals will group out of it with 85grs of pyrodex p
win apex 45cal - see if I can finally group the Lee 320gr improved minies 85grs of triple 7
really looking like it maybe 3 weeks before i can grrr
maybe pick some ammo for the nagant.

I often forget how fortunate I am that we have built a range on our own property. Being retired and having quite a bit of free time I can pretty much go out and shoot whenever the mood strikes me. Our place has evolved into an informal gun club with around 35 people coming out to available themselves to our facility on a regular basis. We don't charge for range time but our regulars all pitch in to help cover the cost of the liability insurance. The range is open to anyone free of charge as long as they abide by our safety rules. Saturday afternoons are dedicated to people bringing out their young ones to learn to shoot and for me it is the best day of the week. The weather up here in “God's Country” has been perfect for about the last week and at times one would think a war had broken out here. I really wish that all you guys lived close enough to come out and join the fun.
