Default Knight Vision

I never considered a Knight Vision because they just never appealed to me when I looked at pictures of them but I had the opportunity to pick one Up so I figured I might as well give it a try. It is the full camo version. The stock has been cut down to shorten LOP and it has a Blackhorn compatible breechplug. I guess I will give it a try and form an opinion after shooting it. Just looking at it for some reason it don't look like a Knight.must be because it doesn't have a bolt 

Me neither... They look like a break open shotgun!

But, here is my 2 cents... I really do not like the fact with the rest of the break opens that you have to pull a hammer back to shoot. The Vision has a simple trigger safety and actually there is an internal safty if you do not get the gun completely closed.

Speaking of closed the trigger guard tang really does make it a positive closure.

I think you will be surprised with the 'heft' of this gun. It is not a tinker toy it is a full blown heavy duty rifle capable of shooting heavy loads as well as the light plinking loads.

I love mine. It is just what Mike said, a shooter. I am having a hard time finding something it will not shoot. I have been a little lazy and have not cut my stock down. I went with an offset ring:

My go to bullet is the Hornady FPB 350 gr. for a first shot and a Hornady XTP 300 gr. for a reload.

I think in all camo they look great. I bet the 52cal version is a real beast with full power 375gr Redhot loads and the bigger 458s.

I almost wish i would have got a 52cal Vision instead of building a LRH...ONLY because i would cut it down (on both ends) into a brush gun. I cant bring myself to hack off the E.R Shaw fluting on the LRH.

I also have a virgin 28" GM 45cal blank and a 26" 45cal fast twist cutoff that need a home.

Yes, I believe so. But have never had the need to remove it yet.
