Well, the breech plug with the 0.035" flash hole is no more. It morphed into a plug with a 0.028" flash hole.


Thanks to Omega45 sending me another breech plug, i was able to risk ruining the plug. A 5/32" drill, and a 5/16" 82 degree center drill, and a 10-32 tap was used to convert the brazed vent liner and the breech plug into a vent liner holder. The threaded part of the original vent liner went away, when the tap was run through it, however the head is still there. I was hoping the head would fall out once the threads went away, but it didn't. The new vent liner was made in USA; Connecticut, and South Dakota.
