I thought this was strange.

Default I thought this was strange.

The guy behind the sporting goods counter at Walmart asked me where he could buy black powder. I told him and then said I thought that since they carry Muzzle Loaders and all the supplies I was going to ask if they carried any black powder. He said they have it in stock but they can't sell it. What's up with that?

My guess is he doesn't know black powder from Pyrodex or Triple Seven, and they have the subs in the warehouse but can't put it on the shelf until a certain date because of some master marketing plan.

Be my guess to. Although them counter people at Wal Marts sometimes don't know diddle about muzzleloaders and what makes them shoot. Our Wal Mart did away with all black powder stuff. They said they did not sell enough.
